PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, money orders and checks. You may use your credit card safely through our secure server. You may also pay through an e-mail or we can set up a time to take your information over the phone. If paying by check or money order please select items, print out the shopping basket page and enclose it with your form of payment. Please enclose all contact information. Also, please email us and inform us that you paying by check or money order. Payment must be received within ten days and orders are shipped upon check clearance.

SHIPPING

We ship via U.S. Priority Mail or UPS with insurance in the continental. U.S. Shipping is a $7.00 flat rate.
Orders ship usually ship approx. 4-5 business days. Many items are made upon your order placement.
Black Hills Gold orders are made upon your order for you and ship in approx. 7-10 days.

Orders with multiple items are shipped together upon completion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we can ship internationally. Countries we ship to are listed below. If your country is not listed please email us. We do not ship to the continent of Africa. Two options are provided at the checkout of shopping cart: US Global Priority mail insured @ $20.00 and US Express mail with Insurance@ $28.00. The buyer is responsible for all customs and duties. If you would like your order sent as a gift and invoice sent separately - please note this in the comment field of checkout.

LAYAWAY PLAN

Yes, we do layaways. We like to have 1/3 down payment at the time of purchase and paid in three months. If the you are purchasing a larger item and would like to extend payments out to 4-5 months please let us know. We are quite flexible. You may call in your layaway order or email us that you are sending in payment and we will remove this item so that it does not sell in the meantime. You may also click the Paypal option and it will automatically remove the item and put in the comment field that you will be calling in payment or mailing in payment. Any questions, just email!

CATALOGS

No we do not have a printed catalog. Our online catalog is it.

RETURN POLICY

Yes, items may be returned. On Black Hills Gold items there is a 10% restocking fee. Your order will be credited back less 10% and shipping.

On all other items your order will be credited back the amount of purchase less shipping.
